About the soil:
We ordinary use the following media:
1.Leaf mold of tussah; 70%
2.Bits of charcoal; 5%
3.pine needle; 15%
4.Bone dust (you can use it or not. Ordinary we use it to green leaves to improve the veins. Not for Variegated. It has a disadvantage, which is lead to rot on the roots if you have not the full experince. So I don't recommend this one.)
5.Castor bean or seeds of gingeli or sunflower 5% ( must saute it to cooked fully.)
6. Sand,etc. 5%
